Dieting works!

Yahoo! After dieting for two days -- less salt in my meals, oats for breakfast and only bread plus Chinese tea for lunch -- my weight has come down 1kg and my BP is down to a more "normal" level.

I'm only hoping my cholesterol level will show a marked improvement in a month's time when I go for another blood test.

It'll better be okay otherwise my Chinese New Year will be a hungry one. :(
